Part Two...

Okay! I basically spent my whole sick day painting and I finished January concentration piece number two! Only12 hours late! Just a reminder, my concentration is the abstract representation of movement:

January Concentration

To be completely honest, January was an awful month. And, to make it worse, I only finished one concentration piece. I am still working on the second piece because I decided it would be better to turn in something I was happy with, even if it was a few days late. So I am sorry, Mrs. Mcbride and AP Art classmates, but I promise it will be done ASAP. For now, here is my first January concentration piece (my concentration is the abstract representation of movement):

Photography

So lately, I've gotten really into photography. It's so much fun! And it's interesting that my best photos are usually the ones I get by mistake. Maybe I'll do a photography concentration next year? Who knows...

Some of the greatest photos I've ever seen are from National Geographic magazine. These photos are amazing, and were probably not taken by mistake like most of mine are. How fantastic would it be to be a photographer for National Geographic? You would get to travel to the most amazing places in the world and take pictures all day! Yes, please! Here's a link to the National Geographic Photo of the Day site and a few of my favorite National Geographic photos...

Winter Break

Winter Break is not over for another 21 hours, people. Stop saying it's over. I still have lots to do and I plan to fully appreciate these final hours of freedom. I have been doing a lot of art of break (mainly because there is A LOT of art due tomorrow). I'm excited to see everyones art because I know they have all been working very hard for the past two weeks, or for some people, maybe the past two days. Here is a preview of some of my favorite photos from break:
